Return and Exchange Policy:
Package Opening: The package cannot be opened before receipt. The courier's role is solely to deliver the package without opening it.
Conditions for Return and Exchange:
Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition.
The return or exchange must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, you can contact us for an exchange without any additional shipping charges.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange the item for a different size or another item, the cost of the exchange shipping will need to be covered.
Once the shipping cost is paid, we will send you the requested item.
Return:
If you choose to return the item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The courier will collect the item, and once we receive it, the remaining amount will be transferred to you via Vodafone Cash or any other banking wallet.
The refund process will take 3-4 business days after we receive the returned item.

يُقبل الاستبدال أو الإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا بشرط أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف والتكات. في حالة إرجاعها بحالة غير مطابقة، يحق للمتجر خصم تكلفة رمزية أو رفض الاستبدال او الاسترجاع : الاستبدال في حالة رغبتك في استبدال المنتج بمقاس مختلف أو بقطعة أخرى، سيتم دفع تكلفة شحنة الاستبدال. . بعد دفع التكلفة، سنقوم بإرسال القطعة المطلوبة : الاسترجاع في حالة الرغبة في الاسترجاع، سيتم خصم تكلفة شحنة الاسترجاع من المبلغ الإجمالي المستحق. يقوم مندوب الشحن باستلام القطعة المراد إرجاعها، وبعد وصولها إلينا، يتم تحويل المبلغ المتبقي إلى فودافون كاش أو أي محفظة بنكية أخرى . يتم تحويل المبلغ في غضون 3-4 أيام عمل بعد استلام القطعة
