.متاح المعاينة في تواجد المندوب بحد أقصى الاوردر ٣ قطع غير متاح التجزئة .
في حالة الاوردر اكتر من ٤ قطع بيتم دفع نصف سعر الاوردر التحويل انستاباي .
في حالة الاستلام متاح الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال ١٤ يوم بشحن مختلف .
بعد تأكيد الاوردر في حاله رفض الاستلام او الإلغاء مع شركة الشحن الاوردر يتحول مرتجع و بيتم
تحويل تكلفة الشحن علي انستاباي الخاص بنا تعويضا عن خروج الطلب
بعد التاكيد من خلال الواتساب غير متاح الغاء الطلب بعد شحنه .
متاح تأجيل الاستلام مع شركة الشحن مرتين فقط أو بيتم تحويل الاوردر مرتجع .
متاح التواصل معنا يوميا من ١٠ صباحا حتي ٨ مساءا علي رسايل واتساب او الفيسبوك او الانستجرام .
التوصيل بيكون خلال ٤ـ٥ ايام ماعدا الجمعة إجازة .
Inspection upon delivery: Customers can inspect their order in the presence of the delivery representative, with a maximum of 3 items per order. Partial inspection is not available.
Orders of 4+ items: For orders containing more than 4 items, 50% of the order value must be paid in advance via InstaPay.
Exchange & return: After receiving the order, exchanges or returns are available within 14 days, with a separate shipping fee.
Refusal or cancellation upon delivery: Once the order has been confirmed, if the customer refuses the order or cancels it with the shipping company, the order will be considered a return. The shipping fee must be transferred to our InstaPay account as compensation for the shipping costs incurred.
Cancellation after shipping: Once the order has been confirmed via WhatsApp, it cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.
Postponing delivery: Delivery can be postponed with the shipping company up to two times only. After that, the order will be returned.
Customer service: You can contact us daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
Delivery time: Orders are delivered within 4–5 days, excluding Fridays, which are our day off.
